Beth's Purchase!!!!

Many people have commented on our decorating in the store.  I personally think that it's the decorating that makes us stand out above other scrapbook stores (along with, of course, all the wonderful product we carry).  We are constantly told how welcoming and "homey" our store is, and how once you enter, it's hard to leave. Unfortunately, I cannot take much credit for this.  Angie has quite the decorating knack, from the color schemes to the displays in and around our store.  She also is the person that shops for our decorations, and she is quite the little bargain shopper, at that!  In fact, I don't think I have decorated anything, or bought anything, in the way of decorating...until now, that is.  Let it be known that I have made my first purchase, and although it was NOT a bargain, when I saw it, I just had to get it.  I thought it would go perfectly in our "food"  section, and I was right.  Before I reveal the new purchase, let's take a look at some of the displays that show off our sections and scrapbook categories...

Here is our Travel section.  We have a huge selection of travel papers with all of the states and many, many countries!
Our military section is super fun, where we carry a variety of military products along with those that are in public services such as police and firemen!

We have a ton of vintage and Tim Holtz product, and we are expanding on that area every day!!!

We just got in many new colors of Tattered Angels Glimmer Mist and Stickles!
We seem to be adding to our "Bling" section everyday, with more on the way!!!!!
Our "outdoor" section is expanding, carrying anything from hunting to camping and anything in-between.
This is just a little sitting area (I love it), if you need to take a break from all that heavy shopping!
Of course, our favorite among the guys... Our Man Cave...which seconds as the Children's corner!
You can visit (and use) our retro kitchen where, on many occasions we may have freshly baked cookies awaiting.  And yes, we (well, Sue Zuber), painted the appliances.  How cool is that????
So, as promised, I reveal MY purchase, that has completed our "Food" section!  I'm not the only one that likes this little ditty...or should I say, bid ditty????  Here are some pics of two very silly people (Thanks Niko and Glo) that just had to play with the prop before displaying it...Drum roll please...
(my personal favorite...the Ma and Pa Kettle pose)
And the display...

As you can see, we have great fun here at The Scrapbook Store, so come on in and join us whenever you like!  There is sooooo much more to see!!
