New Stuff!!!

Anywho, we just got the brand new COMPLETE line from WeR Memory Keepers in!  I can't remember a cuter patriotic line.  There are so many super fun embellishments!   Introducing....

Lastly, there is a new idea book out there made by Memory Makers.  It has over 500 ideas and NO advertising, so it rocks!!!  Here it is...

It's so Hard to Say Goodbye...

She has been with the Scrapbook Store since the doors opened in 1997, and it's so hard to believe that this morning, she left for Atlanta, Georgia, what would become her new home.  For me, although I have known her for 8 1/2 years now, it seems like we only really began to know each other since Angie and I bought the store last September.  I'm so happy that she will be starting a new chapter with the move, and yet so sad because I feel like a part of the store and and a great new friendship will be so missed.  We've shared laughs, crys, and a few secrets that I will carry with me forever. I know our employees and customers will miss her as well, as she was one of the best instructors we have.  

I just want to say Thank You, Gail, for your dedication, loyalty and friendship.  We wish you and Paul the best of luck always.  We do, however, expect you to come on back for some events...I'm still working on getting your "boyfriend" to visit us and I will not give up!!

Oh What A Weekend!!

We had an AWESOME weekend here at The Scrapbook Store, with Jill and Jen from Jillibean Soup!!  They taught three classes and joined us while we kropped into the evening!  Everyone had such a great time, so we decided we are definitely going to have to do this again with them!!  Thanks so much Jill and Jen for such a wonderful, fun-filled weekend and also, thanks to our loyal customers for joining us and for making this event such a HUGE success!!!!

During the Saturday evening krop, I had to take a pic of this customer, Robin.  I thought her way of kropping reminded me of myself with the mess and all - I'm a sloppy scrapper!  But, I have to say, once she left, you never would have know she was there! She cleaned it all up in record time.

And Erin ended up with the "bunny"  we had to pass once a page was completed.  She also won the project contest at the end of the night!

Lastly, just look at all this inspirational goodness that Jill brought.  People took tons of pictures for ideas!

Alyssa wanted to see if this birthday favor really worked...and it did!!
