With Brushed Pewter Distress Stain, cover the top part of the tag about half way down.
Choose a small cluster snowflake stamp and dab the stamp with Picket Fence Distress Ink over the pewter stained section of the tag.
When dry, distress with a blending tool and blue ink the outer edge of the tag and lightly over the stained section of the tag.
With the snowflake embossing folder, emboss only the top part of the tag.
Using a Picket Fence Distress Maker (it’s the white one) color only the embossing part of each snowflake with the brush tip side of the marker.
Peel the foil sheet and adhere to the bottom of the tag.
Stickle or use a silver glitter pen to the inside centers of the snowflakes (silver sheet only) and around the edges of the silver section also the snowflake on the snowman (optional)

I had a small circle peace stamp that I colored with a distress marker in blue then I punched it out and distressed the edges . You may have something like that or just stamp or write peace on your tag.

Stamp or use a wood veneer bird (color the bird red using a marker or red distress ink)

Die cut a mini rosette using a cream and white patterned paper or use a solid cream or solid white.
Fold rosette and glue edge to edge with strong adhesive (check the blog for example.)
Stamp the words “on Earth” and cut out using a circle punch or die cut the words using your electronic cutting machine. (I used a distress marker and one stamp that said “Peace on Earth” and inked the on
and then the Earth under that (see example.)
Ink the edges of the circle with blue distress ink and adhere to the top of the rosette.
Stickle or glitter the edges of the rosette.

Adhere the peace circle to the upper right side of the tag.
Adhere the snowman (I used Glossy Accents) to the left side.
Adhere the red bird to the snowman’s shoulder and the rosette to the lower right side.
Attached a coordinating ribbon to the top.
