Instructions:
Using the Ornament Border stamp from the Christmas Border stamp set (Dylusions)(or any ornament stamp) and Tuxedo Black Memento Ink,. Stamp image onto white cardstock or smooth watercolor paper.
To color with Distress Markers (Tim Holtz) use the brush tip and spread onto your craft mat. Pick up the color using a detailer waterflo brush (Tim Holtz) and color images. This is what I did, or you can use watercolors or regular markers. (Tim Holtz Distress Markers listed in the product used section).
Cut out strip of ornaments leaving them attached at the centers, this will make it easier to string.
Pierce tops of ornaments with Tim Holtz piercer (Tonic) ,a 1/8” paper punch or large needle at the ornament top (not the little hanger part, it’s too small and will tear.)
Thread Gold Metallic thread using one continuous piece of thread. Once threaded leave a 2” length at either end. Now you can cut the ornaments apart so they are individual and place a small pop dot to the back of each ornament.

With your Die Cut machine (I used a Cuttlebug), emboss the tag with the Holly Branch Embossing Folder from the Holly Branch & Pine Branch set (Tim Holtz) Position the embossing folder to the far right side of your tag leaving room for the dress form later on.

Stamp background of tag with the needle book and dress pattern stamp from the Haberdashery set with any brown Distress ink (I used Frayed Burlap Distress Ink.)

Using blending tool with foam (Inkssentials) and any blue distress Ink ( I used Stormy Sky Distress Ink Tim Holtz) cover the tag up to the holly part, leave that clear.
Distress the holly leaves with a sponge dabber and any green Distress Ink. ( I used Evergreen Bough) Distress the berries the same way with a red Distress Ink (I used Festive Berries)
Distress ink entire edges of the tag with Frayed Burlap Distress Ink (TH) and your blending tool.

Stamp dress form stamp from the Haberdashery Stamp Set (Stampers Anonymous for Tim Holtz) with Festive Berries (or any red Distress Ink) on hot pink cardstock. (Cover with “Sticky” embossing powder (Ranger) and heat set.
Immediately cover image with Distress Stickles Dry Glitter, (Rock Candy, (TH.))
Cut out the dress form leaving a slight edge and distress with blending tool using brown distress ink, (I used Frayed Burlap ink (TH.))
Adhere dress form to tag.
Peel the backing from the pop dots and adhere each ornament to dress form in a spiral pattern
Adhere ribbon to top of tag.
