Instructions:
With Weathered Wood Distress Ink (TH), ink the surface of a large snowflake stamp. (I used the large wood mount Blueprint Snowflake stamp (Stampers Anonymous) and stamp it to the center and just a bit down on the tag.
Heat emboss with clear embossing powder (I used Zing (American Crafts))

Using two medium snowflake stamps and Brushed Pewter Distress Stain (TH), dab and stamp around the top and bottom of the tag.
With a small snowflake cluster, stamp again filling in blank areas till it looks good to you..

Die cut five mini snowflakes (I used Mini Snowflake Set Movers and Shapers by Tim Holtz.)
Distress stain the snowflakes in a sloppy way as not to cover the whole snowflake with the Brushed Pewter stain.
Distress with a blending tool the edges of the snowflakes with Weathered Wood.
Using silver Stickles or a Viva Peal Pen (Silver) accent the snowflakes. Let dry.

With a blending tool distress the whole tag using Weathered Wood Distress ink (TH)
Using a medium snowflake stamp, dab it with Emboss it Dabber (Ranger) and stamp the tag around the outer edge of the tag randomly.
Immediately sprinkle the entire tag with White Embossing Puffs (Ranger) or just white embossing powder and heat set.
After cooling use a soft cloth gently scrubbing the entire tag so some of the gray areas come through while keeping a “frosted” look .
Use the small cluster snowflake stamp and Weathered Wood ink to stamp right over the areas of the tag that need more gray.
Distress Stain the outer edges of the tag with Brushed Pewter.

Dry emboss a clear acrylic sheet (it will have a blue covering on both sides, leave the covering on.) using the Snowflake folder from the Snowman & Snowflake Texture Fades Embossing Folders (Sizzix for Tim Holtz.)
Peal the blue film off on both sides
Attach the five mini snowflakes around the center snowflake with a glue dot.

Punch or use a paper piercer to make four small holes in the acrylic sheet and tag, two at the top corners and two at the bottom corners.
Attach the acrylic sheet over the top of the tag using silver or white brads.
Attach White Crinkle Ribbon (TH) and Tinsel (TH) to the top of the tag.
