Instructions:
Ink the large Blueprint Snowman stamp (Stampers Anonymous) with brown Memento ink and stamp onto white cardstock. (or use your own snowman stamp.)
Use Distress Markers, Watercolors, or regular markers to color his hat, holly, rim, scarf, and highlights in his body. (I used Pumice Stone (snowman), Walnut Stain (hat), Bundled Sage (holly), Barn Door (berries) Old Paper, (Scarf), and Spiced Marmalade (nose.)
Distress edges with blending tool (Inkssentials) with Pumice Stone and Vintage Photo ink (Tim Holtz.).
Edge all four corners with Pumice Stone Distress Stain.

On the tag stamp using brown Memento ink and the snowflake from the Mini Blueprint Stamp set. (Tim Holtz)
Ink the snowflake image and stamp the tag,, without re-inking your stamp, stamp again (if you think there’s not enough ink to do this, huff your breath onto the inked image and repeat stamp) you can do this up to three times before inking your image again. This will give a light and dark appearance to your tag.
Cover tag with Pumice Stone Distress Stain (Tim Holtz) let dry and distress edges with blending tool using Pumice Stone and Vintage Photo Distress Ink.

Add a strip of paper tape (from the Tim Holtz double tape set) to the bottom edge of your tag. I used the music notes.

Cover a area of a repurposed manila file folder with Picket Fence Distress Stain (Tim Holtz) and let dry or dry with a heat tool. Stamp one single image with brown Memento ink of the Blueprint Snowflake. Cut the flake out and lightly distress the edges with Vintage Photo Distress Ink (be careful not to tear the crystals of the snowflake.)

Adhere the snowman to tag above the music note paper tape, adhere snowflake to bottom left side of snowman and add one small button. Use natural twine through the hole at the top of the tag.
