Instructions:
With my Cuttlebug, I dry embossed the tag using the Fancy Folder from the Fancy & Floral Frames Set by Tim Holtz (Sizzix) (TH) Embossing Plate.

With small snowflake stamp and embossing Ink, (I used Tim Holtz Distress Embossing Ink), stamp around the tag on both top and bottom where the embossed frame didn’t cover. Heat emboss using white embossing powder, (I used American Crafts Zing.) and your heat tool.

With Stormy Sky Distress Stain, stain around the outside of the frame going right over the heat embossed snowflakes. (The embossing will resist the white part of the snowflake.) Do not stain the center of the frame. With a

Spray the entire tag with London Blue Ink Spray (Dylusions) using a light touch as this ink is opaque and full bodied.

Stamp music sheet background in the center of the frame using a flexible acrylic or rubber cling stamp without a mounting block. Ink the stamp and roll small sections using blue distress ink (I used Salty Ocean Distress Ink, Tim Holtz)

From the Nutcracker Sweet collection/Snowflake waltz (Graphic 45) choose two of the ballerinas in the same pose. Cut one out completely and one cut just the top part of the tutu.
Distress using a blending tool (Inkssentials) and blue distress ink, (I used Salty Ocean Distress Ink, (Tim Holtz.))
Glue N Seal (a liquid glue with a brush from Inkssentials) paint a thin layer on the Ballerina’s headpiece, bodice, and ruffles of her Tutu. Sprinkle wet area with Distress Stickles Dry Glitter (Rock Candy) (TH).

Distress the edges of the tag with a blue distress ink, and a brown distress ink, (I used Salty Air and Frayed Burlap with a blending tool. (Inkssentials.)

Adhere the extra piece of TuTu using pop dots to the Ballerina’s skirt then adhere the Ballerina to the center of the oval frame.
Add a shear ribbon to the top of your tag.
